Love All Ways,
Counseling Psychologist | Psychotherapist | Cancer Survivor

| WELCOME

As a survivor, I discovered something that transformed the way I see healing, identity, and purpose. I created this space to help others discover it too.

I am a licensed psychotherapist and breast cancer survivor who understands how deeply cancer can affect your identity, relationships, faith, and the life you are trying to rebuild.

For more than 25 years, I have supported individuals and families through illness, caregiving, survivorship, grief, and loss. I have walked alongside loved ones of cancer patients as they faced fear, uncertainty, healing, and heartbreaking goodbyes. After years of helping others navigate those experiences, I found myself walking the path of cancer too.

During my own cancer journey, I carried the responsibilities of motherhood, continued working, and remained a source of healing and support for others while physically and emotionally exhausted from treatment. I was doing everything I could to survive, but beneath the surface, cancer was also affecting my sense of self. I was confronting changes in my body, energy, roles, confidence, and the identity I had built before cancer entered my life.

While my medical team focused on treating my body, I longed for a space that could also hold the emotional and spiritual weight of everything I was carrying. My faith became my anchor. It reminded me that healing involves more than the body. It also requires tending to the heart, renewing the mind, and allowing God to meet us in the places where we feel afraid, weary, or uncertain.

That is why I created this space.

Your oncologist had a plan for your body.
No one had a plan for your sense of self.

Surviving cancer changes you. The woman on the other side of treatment is still finding her footing, her identity, her worth, her sense of self. Let’s explore what rebuilding from here can look like.

My Cancer Journey

A personal account of my breast cancer journey, the challenges I faced during treatment, and the healing, faith, and transformation that emerged along the way.

A Message That Moves The Room

I bring together neuroscience, spirituality, and lived experience to create conversations that are honest, grounding, and transformative. Through my own journey of survival, breaking, and restoration, I help audiences see that pain does not have to be the end of their story. My hope is that every person leaves feeling more connected to who they are, more hopeful about what healing can look like, and more courageous about the purpose still ahead.

Where Else You'll Find Me

My work extends into several spaces, each allowing me to serve people in a different way. From clinical and organizational leadership to wellness, athletics, and community initiatives, every position I hold is connected by the same mission: helping people return to their worth, identity, and wholeness.
